Block History / IPM / SAP

Keeping track of important production information and notes has never been easier with the ProducePak Mobole Block History Module designed for handhelds and pda's. Staff can track important information such as Integrated Pest Management , SAP, and crop quality notes and records. These records can later be searched to allow prevention of repetitive problems. The module also acts as a safe repository for staff knowledge, should a staff member not be able to continue working; their knowledge can be easily passed on to their replacement using this module. Alerts can also be generated to remind staff of historical incidents to ensure they don't happen shortly before their predicted next occurrence date.

Record notes and results from IPM, this information is then used and considered when planting over the same land in the future. Eg, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) notes may be used to avoid a repeated outbreak of a soil disease next season by recording prior Integrated Pest Management IPM incidents.

Using this system allows staff to keep a record of production incidents and soil behaviour, thus, allowing more informed production decisions in the future.

Essentially the Block History & IPM acts like a diary. Staff can query any particular area of land, produce type, block, name, or crop name, and sort results by the note type, eg:

• SAP
• Quality Notes
• Soil Notes
• Pest Notes
• Irrigation Notes
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

You can also store files with a note, such as a PDF of SAP results or other soil test results for later reference.
Because the notes can be stored by any number of staff, and are all catalogued by crop, produce, and block and note type, future staff receive the knowledge of past staff and ensure your business make the most out of its knowledge.
