ProducePak Messaging System

TMS allows you to communicate instantly within your organisation and externally to other entities, such as suppliers and transport companies. Preset notifications means that once an action takes place ProducePak will automatically notify the end user of this action.
For example: Your suppliers can be sent notifications when your stock levels need to be replenished; or ProducePak can automatically inform your Transport Companies of dates, times and destinations of any deliveries that you need to make, additionally Transport Companies can view online, through secured user permissions, the levels of produce you have on hand and can manage any produce held on their premises. Notification and/or alerts are sent via any one or more of the following means; email, fax or SMS text messaging.

Equipment

The equipment module encompasses a number of facilities that will enable you to manage all equipment, machinery and fuel used within your operation. To begin with, ProducePak Equipment records all details of any equipment/machinery on-hand, new purchases, registration information, location of storage, along with any service details and service costs.

Usage of all equipment is usually recorded through natural processes, that is, through entry into ProducePak Timesheets. Alternatively it can be entered in the Equipment and or Fuel Usage section of this module. Not only does recording such information increase the accountability of ‘who is using what’ but it also creates a means by which the efficiency of a vehicle can be analysed. That is, ProducePak provides the ability to assess performance and lifetime costs of machinery which can be used to make purchasing or repair decisions.

As mentioned above, this module records all repairs and maintenance and in turn creates a Service Log for all equipment. Additionally, if used in conjunction with the ProducePak Messaging System, your workshop can automatically be notified when servicing needs to be carried out, enabling them to better manage the activities of their business.

ProducePak Equipment also provides a fuel log to enable you to track the levels of fuel kept on site. Fuel suppliers can easily monitor fuel levels meaning that the likelihood of running out of fuel when you really need it is diminished.

Financials

This module allows exporting of important information to financial packages. Items that can be exported include sales, purchases, timesheet summary, timesheet details. This module provides an easy setup which records the exact manner in which you wish to export your information, you only need setup your export formats once!
