Support
ProducePak support is second to none! Although our clients are dispersed around the world, ProducePak provides extremely high levels of support by providing 24X7 phone support, 24X7 remote access technical support, internet chat /live chat support, and email and fax support services. Deploying a ProducePak Solution is a fully managed process that gives the client peace of mind for a confident and timely solution. Training usually involves one or more ProducePak team members visiting client sites and ensuring that every staff member that needs to be trained has an excellent knowledge of how to interact with the systems. Whilst onsite, ProducePak staff can often suggest further minor process improvements. In some cases ProducePak will use a local partner to provide training and installation where a qualified party exists.

Today
The ProducePak suite is considered by many to be "setting new international standards in fresh produce production and processing management" for pack houses, farms, food manufacturing, and quality control systems. ProducePak systems are now used in every continent, with governments and NPO's preferring to use ProducePak as their solution of choice for industry improvement. ProducePak modules have been reviewed and recommended by numerous fresh produce, grower, and food processing associations and publications (see ProducePak Media Room).
